What this looks like in the workshop

An exercise from part 2: requesting missing documents.

An experienced colleague and a trainee write an email on a laptop

Request to the AI

Write a friendly reminder to the Muster family. Their income tax return is still missing the donation receipts and the service charge statement. Please by 15 March. Tone: warm, brief.

Subject: Two documents for your tax return

Dear Muster family,

we are still missing two documents for your income tax return:

  • Donation receipts
  • Service charge statement

Could you send them to us by 15 March? Then your return will go out on time.

Kind regards

Before sending, you check

  • Are the name and salutation correct?
  • Is the list complete?
  • Does the deadline fit your calendar?

Common questions

How long does the AI workshop for firm teams last?

Half a day, in four parts: how AI works, emails to clients, documents and letters, and rules for your firm.

Do we work with client data in the workshop?

No. We practise with invented or anonymised examples. When client data may go into an AI tool is part of the workshop.

Does our firm have to train the team in AI?

Anyone using AI must take measures under Article 4 of the AI Act that support the development of AI literacy among their staff. No particular course is prescribed; type and scope depend on role and risk. A workshop for the whole team is an obvious measure.

Do we need prior knowledge?

No. The workshop starts with the basics and works with tasks from your firm’s daily work.

Is there proof of attendance?

Yes. Each person receives a certificate of attendance with date and content. It documents the measures taken in your firm.

Does the workshop take place on site or online?

Both are possible, on site in your firm ideally outside your busiest periods. lindenbrook is based in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main.

In which language is the workshop held?

In German or English, whichever suits your team.

What does the workshop cost?

You receive a fixed-price quote for your firm. For that we need team size, preferred format and location.
