Common questions
Does my company have to train its staff in AI?
Anyone who uses AI must, under Article 4 of the AI Act, take measures to promote the AI literacy of their staff. This also applies if you only use tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot. Training is an obvious measure.
Since when has the Article 4 obligation applied?
Article 4 of the AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. The regulation does not require any particular certificate.
Is there proof of the training?
Yes. Everyone receives a certificate of attendance with the date and the content of the AI training. It serves to document the measures taken in your company.
How long does the AI training under the EU AI Act take?
The AI training takes half a day, in four parts: how AI works, what the AI Act requires, working safely and rules for your team.
Does the training take place on site or online?
Both are possible: The AI training takes place on site at your company or online by video call. lindenbrook works across Germany and is based in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main.
Does the training replace legal advice?
No. The training explains the obligations in plain terms and shows what they look like in everyday work. For the legal assessment of your individual case, please consult a lawyer.
In which language is the AI training held?
In German or English, whichever suits your team.
