Do we work with real customer data in the workshop?
No. The exercises use your own tasks, and we replace names and addresses with placeholders. Which customer data may later go into which tool is part of the workshop.
Does our business have to train the team in AI?
Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, anyone who uses AI, even just ChatGPT, must take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff. No specific course is required, and a workshop for the team is an obvious measure.
Do we need prior knowledge?
No. The workshop starts with the basics and works with tasks from your business.
Is there proof of attendance?
Yes. Each person receives a certificate of attendance with the date and content. It documents the measures taken in your business.
Does the workshop take place on site or online?
Both are possible, on site at your business or online by video. lindenbrook is based in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main and works across Germany.
In which language is the workshop held?
In German or English, whichever suits your team.
What does the workshop cost?
