How long does the AI workshop for property management companies last?
Half a day, in four parts: How AI works, tenant enquiries and work orders, reports and meetings, and a roadmap for your property management.
Do we work with real tenant data in the workshop?
No. The exercises use your own tasks, and we replace names and addresses with placeholders. Which tenant and owner data may later go into which tool is part of the workshop.
Does the workshop count towards the training obligation under section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act?
Residential property managers and the staff involved must complete 20 hours of training within three years. Which content counts is set out in Annex 1 of the Brokers and Developers Ordinance (MaBV), and AI is not named there specifically. So it is best to check with your chamber of commerce (IHK) beforehand whether an AI workshop will be recognised.
Do we need prior knowledge?
No. The workshop starts with the basics and works with tasks from your property management.
Is there proof of attendance?
Yes. Each person receives a certificate of attendance with the date and content. It documents the measures taken in your property management.
Does the workshop take place on site or online?
Both are possible, on site at your office or online by video. lindenbrook is based in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main and works across Germany.
In which language is the workshop held?
In German or English, whichever suits your team.
