How long does the AI workshop for practice teams last?
Half a day, in four parts: How AI works, reception and phone, letters and information, and rules for your practice.
Do we work with patient data in the workshop?
No. The exercises use made-up or anonymised examples. How patient data can later be processed safely is part of the workshop.
Does our practice have to train the team in AI?
Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, anyone who uses AI must take measures that support the development of the AI literacy of the team. No specific course is required, and a workshop for the whole team is an obvious measure.
Do we need prior knowledge?
No. The workshop starts with the basics and works with tasks from your everyday practice.
Is there proof of attendance?
Yes. Each person receives a certificate of attendance with the date and content. It documents the measures taken in your practice.
Does the workshop take place on site or online?
Both are possible, on site in your practice ideally outside consultation hours. lindenbrook is based in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main.
In which language is the workshop held?
In German or English, whichever suits your team.
What does the workshop cost?
Prices are not on the website. When you ask, we give you the order of magnitude, and the offer then states a fixed price.
