Responsible AI
We believe AI can take work off people's shoulders and give them more room for what matters. For that to work, people need to be able to trust it: In every project and in our own work.

Our stance
Responsibility starts with the question of what AI is used for and what it is not used for. What we recommend to companies, we use ourselves first.
We don't have an answer to everything yet. New models and new rules arrive quickly. That is why we review our approach regularly and learn from every project.

“With AI, people should achieve more, realise their goals and dreams and focus on the work they enjoy.”
Daniel Klantke, founder of lindenbrook
Five principles
- 01
People decide
Wherever judgement matters, your team decides. Nothing goes out unchecked.
- 02
Your data stays your data
Your inputs are not used to train AI models. For personal data, we sign a data processing agreement before we start.
- 03
Test first, then deploy
Every application first runs on real cases from your day-to-day work. We name mistakes openly and fix them.
- 04
Open and transparent
You know where AI is involved, which models are in use and where their limits are.
- 05
Independent
We receive no commission from AI providers and recommend what fits your task.
Responsibility you can read up on
Every project gets a written security plan. It records which data is used, who is responsible for what and how results are checked.
We answer questionnaires from your data protection and IT teams in writing. And everyone who works with the application gets an introduction.
